Shipping Options

You may choose between standard shipping or express shipping based on the items in your order and your location. Please note that your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, and tracking may not be available every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct and current shipping address. P.O. boxes are acceptable for shipping, but certain items require a physical address for delivery. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may necessitate a physical mailing address or signature confirmation. Some merchandise partners may specify in their listings that they cannot ship products to P.O. boxes. Deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Shipping Time and Cost

1.Order Confirmation: After successfully placing and confirming your order, you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. An order confirmation message will also outline the estimated processing time for your order.

2.Processing Time: The warehouse may take 1-5 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3.Shipment Notification: You will receive a shipment notification message with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you with the tracking number as soon as it is available. You can view the estimated delivery time under each package in your order history.

4.Delivery Date: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, the actual delivery date may vary due to flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most current delivery updates.

Issues Regarding Delivery

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame or if your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.
