Eligibility Criteria:

Most items purchased on Ninelune are eligible for return and refund.

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing original tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers may not be eligible for return.

Certain items labeled as non-refundable and free gifts are not eligible for return or refund.

Any return of an order is processed according to the shipping status:

Shipping requires payment of transportation fees, and returning customers need to pay for shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund;
The shipping cost is free, and the first return of the order is free. For the same second and subsequent returns, the customer needs to pay for the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund.
