Most items purchased on Ninelune are eligible for return and refund.

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing original tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers may not be eligible for return.

Certain items labeled as non-refundable and free gifts are not eligible for return or refund.
